ShelfAI is a marketing services business operating from Faridabad, Delhi NCR, India, founded and run by Himanshu Dhingra. We provide lead generation, WhatsApp outreach and Meta Ads management for Indian packaged food brands.

We do not ask for and do not want your payment card details, bank details, Aadhaar, PAN or any other government identifier through this website. Please never send these to us over WhatsApp.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact details with other brands, agencies or list brokers, and we will not add you to any marketing list you did not ask to join.

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website host, on servers located outside India. WhatsApp messages are carried and stored by WhatsApp / Meta under their own privacy policy. Email is handled by our email provider. By submitting the form or messaging us, you consent to your information being processed on these services.
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records relating to paying clients are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under Indian law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to Himanshu Dhingra. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need and delete it when it is no longer needed.
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
